Khansaheb is named the main contractor for flagship project ‘Serenia Living’ on Palm Jumeirah

Palma Development has announced the appointment of Khansaheb as the main contractor for Serenia Living on the Palm Jumeirah.

The luxurious beachfront building, located on the first plot of Palm Jumeirah’s west crescent, will have 226 exquisite apartments and penthouses, including one of Dubai’s most exclusive Sky Mansions valued at over AED 200 million.

With the foundation works already completed, Serenia Living is moving to the next phase of construction with Khansaheb, a reputable construction and engineering company.
